W. WAYLON SKINNER
Admitted to Ontario Bar 2020
Waylon hails from Lindsay and attended Leslie Frost Public School and I.E. Weldon Secondary School before completing his undergraduate Business degree at Western University in London, and his Law degree at Queen’s University in Kingston. Having completed his training with a respected full-service firm in Cambridge, Waylon is excited to have returned home to practice law in the City of Kawartha Lakes following his call to the bar in the summer of 2020.
Waylon is building a practice which focuses on helping clients with a wide variety of corporate matters, including incorporations, shareholder agreements, commercial lease agreements, and assisting with various employment matters. He is also enjoying helping clients navigate residential Real Estate transactions, and with their estate planning and estate administration needs. Waylon also has experience assisting clients appearing in Small Claims Court and before the Landlord and Tenant Board.
In his spare time, Waylon enjoys spending time with his family, playing a variety of sports, and having his heart broken every spring by the Toronto Maple Leafs.
